Submit Your Meeting Request Online:
For your convenience, you may request availability for a meeting or special event via our online request for proposal. You will need to provide the following information to complete and submit the form:
- The organization's name, address, phone, fax and e-mail address
- The decision maker's name and anticipated decision date
- The meeting/event start and end dates
- Number of guestrooms required
- Number of attendees
- Estimated budget
Our Sales Department will respond to your request within 48 hours, or the next business day if received over the weekend.
