MGM Resorts International to Contribute $350,000 to PEF
Las Vegas, Nev. (July 7, 2010) --- Unparalleled ventriloquist Terry Fator has partnered with MGM Resorts International to pay tribute to The Public Education Foundation (PEF) with a special performance of Terry Fator: Ventriloquism in Concert Sunday, Aug. 1 at 7:30 p.m. inside the Terry Fator Theatre at The Mirage. On behalf of Terry Fator and MGM Resorts International, all proceeds of the show along with a $350,000 contribution will be made to benefit PEF.

MGM Resorts International has donated more than $1 million dollars to The Public Education Foundation. These monetary contributions have been applied to the foundation’s programs in an effort to strengthen the social and academic growth of students. Additionally, MGM Resorts International was one of the first local company’s to support the Empowerment School program, a model designed to improve learning and student performance through a collaborative partnership that includes students, parents, community members and school staff.
