Before You Arrive

  • Hairdryers, irons, ironing boards, standard toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, and lotion), alarm clocks, and room safes are provided in all of our rooms and suites.

    We do not provide coffee makers or microwave ovens.

    Refrigerators and cribs are available upon request for a nominal daily fee.

  • The Mirage does not have its own shuttles to and from Harry Reid International Airport. Airport shuttles are provided by outside companies starting at $7.00 per person. Signs are posted on the transportation level at the airport outside baggage claim which will direct you to the shuttle area. Shuttles run from The Mirage to the airport from 4:15 a.m. to 12:15 a.m. every 15 and 45 minutes after the hour. The Concierge will make a shuttle reservation for you upon request.

    Other transportation options include taxis, limousine service, the City Bus, and the various connecting trams and walkways between Strip resorts.

    There is an Avis Rent A Car desk located in our hotel lobby for your convenience in renting a vehicle during your stay. You may contact Avis Rent A Car at 702.791.7425.

    Our Concierge will be happy to assist you with any of your transportation needs.

  • Tower Deluxe rooms, accessed by private elevators to the 24th and 25th floors, feature a larger bathroom, double sink vanity, whirlpool tub, and separate stand-up shower stall.

    Tower Deluxe rooms are available with a King bed only and are available starting from $30 per night above the prevailing rate for a standard Deluxe Room.

    Our Standard Deluxe rooms are available with a "premium view" starting from $10 more per night.

  • While we do not offer specific packages for anniversaries or honeymoons, our Room Reservations staff can assist you with selecting accommodations suitable for your special occasion.

    We have several suite types available, which are very popular for special celebrations.

  • Cribs are available upon request at no charge, and roll-a-way beds are available for a fee of $40.00 per day. If you would like a crib or roll-a-way bed in your room during your stay please inform the Front Desk upon check-in or call Housekeeping from your room.

  • Our Bell Desk would be happy to assist with a wheelchair or motorized scooter rental when you arrive.

  • Room requests are based upon availability at the time of check-in. We do offer the option to guarantee your room request for our Deluxe Rooms for an additional $30 per night.

    Please note that due to limited availability this guarantee does not apply to our suites. In order to guarantee your request, you must select this option at time of booking by calling Room Reservations at 800.374.9000. This is not valid for reservations booked through third party providers.

  • Check-in time is 3:00 PM. If you arrive prior to 3:00 PM, you may check with the Front Desk for room availability. The Front Desk will begin early check-in for a nominal fee if rooms are available prior to 12:00 PM. You may guarantee an early check-in of 11:00 AM (for Resort King and Queen Rooms only) for an additional $40. In order to reserve this, select the box in the online booking process or contact our Room Reservations department at 1-800-374-9000. Should early check-in for your reservation be unavailable, our Bell Desk can store your luggage at no charge until your room is ready, gratuity appreciated.

    Check-out time is 11:00 AM. If your travel plans necessitate a later Check-out, please contact the Front Desk to check to see if a 12:00 PM late Check-out is available, either the evening prior to your departure or the morning of your departure. You may guarantee a 3:00 PM late Check-out (for Deluxe rooms only) for $50 by selecting the box in the online booking process or by contacting our Room Reservations department. Please note that 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM late Check-outs may be available at an additional fee for in-house guests. Should later Check-out not be available, please call the Bell Desk from your guestroom for luggage pick-up and storage until your departure.

  • While anyone under the age of 21 is not permitted in the gaming areas, there are non-gaming areas in the resort for guests under 21.

  • Childcare services and organized children's activities are not offered at The Mirage.

    For listings of local child care providers, please refer to the Las Vegas Yellow Pages under "Baby Sitters," or visit these web-sites: www.VisitLasVegas.com, www.LasVegasKids.net, and www.nahusa.com. Nanny's and Housekeepers U.S.A. is a licensed, bonded and insured childcare company. Services that are provided include: • Bi-lingual Nannies • Available 24 hours a day • A flat rate of $45.00 per hour with a four hour minimum, up to 3 children. (Holiday rates vary and are subject to change) • All major credit cards are accepted and required to reserve a Nanny. • Nannies are at least 18 years old and have had a minimum of one year experience, verifiable references, criminal background checks, drug screenings, and are CPR and First Aid certified. To make a reservation for a Nanny, please call 702.451.0021.

  • WiFi service is available in all public areas of our property. Guests are able to enjoy complimentary wireless service with the opportunity to purchase upgraded features for increased connectivity. We offer High Speed Internet access in our guestrooms and suites. This High Speed access has wireless capabilities and offers download speeds of 10 Mbps. There is no charge associated with the internet access, as it is an inclusion of the resort fee. High Speed Internet access ("broadband" access) is also available in our Business Services Center during normal business hours, in a private Mini Suite, at the cost of $15.00 for 15 minutes, $30.00 for a 1/2 hour and $60.00 for an hour. The counter-top computers are $10 for 15 minutes and $10 for every additional 15 minute period thereafter. The Business Services Kiosk is located to the left of the Business Service Center and is available 24 hours. For more information call 702.792.7783.   • Use of marijuana (weed), including but not limited to smoking, inhaling, ingesting, or using oils, lotions, or other transdermal introduction of, is prohibited at all Hard Rock International properties notwithstanding approval of recreational use in Nevada. State law prohibits use of marijuana in public places. Use of marijuana is also prohibited in guest rooms at all Hard Rock International properties in Nevada, consistent with the discretion afforded private property owners under the State law authorizing use of recreational marijuana in non-public places. And marijuana use continues to be prohibited at Hard Rock International properties outside Nevada. Notably, the vast majority of our guest rooms are non-smoking and therefore smoking of any substance in those rooms is prohibited. If marijuana in any form is observed, the property will take the necessary steps to ensure compliance with the law and Company policy.

  • Please note that e-cigs, vapors, hookahs, marijuana etc. fall under our non-smoking policy. Cleaning fees will be applied to smoking in areas that are non-smoking. We do have designated smoking areas throughout the casino, bars, and other areas. Contact a resort employee for location information regarding designated smoking areas.

  • Please note all temperatures given in Fahrenheit.

    • Winter: December, January and February average daily temperature is 45 degrees.
    • Spring: March, April, and May average daily temperature is 70 degrees.
    • Summer: June, July and August average daily temperature is 100 degrees.
    • Fall: September, October and November - average daily temperature 80 degrees.

During Your Stay

  • The volcano show occurs each night, with additional nightly showings on Fridays & Saturdays. Each show lasts approximately five minutes.

    Fun fact - the volcano shoots fireballs more than 12 feet into the air!

  • The Mirage Concierge can assist you with tee times and arrangements to play at Shadow Creek or one of the many other fine golf courses in Las Vegas. Contact our Concierge at 702.791.7416 for information about Shadow Creek*.

  • Due to limited availability, there may be a waiting list for the Bare pool and the Mirage pool.

  • Although you will see Las Vegas visitors in a wide array of attire, the atmosphere in our showrooms and gourmet restaurants calls for a more sophisticated style of dress. While jackets and ties are not required, we suggest casual evening attire for our guests. Tank tops, cut-off shorts, and athletic shoes are not appropriate.

  • Unfortunately, we do not have a wedding chapel at The Mirage.

  • Our Concierge staff can assist you with booking one of the many available tours in the area.

    Advance reservations are not required, but the more popular tours do tend to fill up quickly, so it's best to book ahead.

  • Most special events at The Mirage such as sporting events, slot tournaments and special casino events are held in conjunction with our Casino Marketing Department. Attendance is normally restricted to Unity by Hard Rock members who meet the required play criteria, and tickets are not sold to the general public.

  • Guests of The Mirage may access these facilities by purchasing a $30 day pass or by booking a spa treatment. The Spa is open daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.

  • All hotel guests have the opportunity to utilize the Fitness Center located at The Mirage Spa by presenting their room key upon entry, as an inclusion of the daily resort fee.

    It is open from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. daily (hours are subject to change).

    The Spa Fitness Center features state-of-the-art weight and cardio equipment as well as options to purchase Personal Training sessions. Guests of the The Mirage Spa and fitness facility must be at least 18 years of age.

     

    *Use of the locker room & wet area are not included with the daily resort fee.
