New York chef Tom Colicchio brings his passion for cooking with fire to the Las Vegas Strip with Tom Colicchio's Heritage Steak at The Mirage. The 220-seat restaurant will focus on meats prepared entirely over an open flame – from wood-burning ovens to charcoal grills. On the menu, Tom returns to the American cultural tradition of meat, focusing on antibiotic-free animals raised by purveyors committed to time-honored farming practices and heritage breeds. The glow of the hearth will permeate the entire restaurant and is reflected in the Bentel+Bentel design highlighting natural materials.

Heritage Steak is located in the Casino floor, under the Atrium.
Walk past the front desk, into the Casino and turn right just past Lobby Bar through the Atrium. Heritage Steak will be the first restaurant on your right.
Once you exit out of the elevators, go right and stay straight, following the walkway. Turn right at Japonais, then stay to the left, into the Atrium. Heritage will be on your left side.
Enter the resort from Las Vegas Boulevard. Walk through two bronze mermaid statues towards the Atrium. Heritage Steak will be the first restaurant on your right.

The private dining room seats up to 28 people and can be completely closed off to provide a unique and exclusive experience. It features an optional flat screen TV to enhance the comfort level of your party, or can be connected for a meeting presentation. Another 52-seat semi-private area on the left side of the restaurant allows for larger events.
