Services

Business Services is now offering a 24-hour accessible kiosk area for guest use. It is located between Business Services and the Terry Fator Theatre.

There are four PC workstations and two laptop ports which will offer the following services:

• Internet access to surf the Web, check E-mail and print boarding passes.
• Windows XP with Office Professional including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• CD burning capabilities.
• USB ports
• Printing – black & white and color available.
• 24-hour customer service assistance.

Credit cards will be the only form of payment accepted. Guests will be able to swipe their card at the workstation. Please see pricing below.

Kiosk pricing:

PC access -
    $5 to log on for 5 minutes,
     then $1 each additional minute

Laptop Port -
    $5 for 5 minutes
    $10 for 15 minutes
    $15 for 30 minutes
    $25 for 60 minutes

Printing -
    Black & White - $1.00 per page
    Color - $2.50 per page

• Black and White or Color copies including reducing, enlarging, collating and stapling.

Private Mini-Suites

• $60 per hour which includes unlimited black and white printing during the rented time
• IBM-compatible computer with Microsoft Office and broadband internet access
• Broadband internet connection for laptops
• IBM and Mac-compatible printers
• Speaker phone for conference calls
• Word Processing - Professional word processing is available with two hours advance notification.
• Business Cards - Black & white or color business cards are available with two hours advance notification.

Office Supplies -
A limited supply of office supplies is available.
Special orders require 48-hour advance notification.
